This release note is only applicable for controlled release participants of this solution.

In this product update, we have prepared the best practice file for the Exact Arbodienst Integration solution for your convenience.

Users with the Administrator role can import the best practice file at the Modules > System > Setup > Templating Tools > Best practices: Import menu path.

By importing this best practice file, you can import the request type definition and three (3) absence item codes that are required to set up this solution. The best practice file contains the following:

  • Request type 1060030 - Absence report with four (4) stages
  • Request type 1060032 - Absence report with three (3) stages
  • Item: BP_SICK_10 – Arbeidsongeval
  • Item: BP_SICK_11 - Verkeersongeval met regresmogelijkheid
  • Item: BP_SICK_12 - Overige redenen
  • SQL script to make sure the assortment of the items has the correct free field enabled to store the correct value to be included in the XML that will be sent to Arbodienst.

The field names for the request types 1060030 and 1060032 are available in Dutch and English.

To import the Arbodienst Best Practice file

  1. Go to Modules > System > Setup > Templating Tools > Best practices: Import.
  2. At File, select BestPracticeArbo.zip and click Import.
